In this final step, holding everyone accountable, and I do mean everyone, to leveraging the new technology and process and make sure the reason for the change is continually reinforced. 4) Hold Everyone Accountable: Acknowledge that people are creatures of habit and can easily go back to old ways of doing things, especially when old clients are pressuring staff to do things the old way. Some tips on rolling out the new process: document everything; meet regularly to allow for question and answer time; and make adjustments as needed. a.
