Puerto Rico Society Celebrates Substantial Equivalency Victory!
The CPA Advocate:� October, 2012.� Puerto Rico Governor Luis Fortu�o signed into law on Sept. 14, 2012�a bill that makes Puerto Rico?s CPA licensure requirements substantially equivalent to those of the UAA by establishing a one year experience requirement.
